About Atty. Alberto Gonzales

Mr. Gonzales received his Juris Doctor law degree, magna cum laude, in May 2016 from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois since November 2016. Mr. Gonzales also received his MBA, with distinction, from North Park University in 2009. Prior to that, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, with highest distinction and college honors, from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2001. 

Prior to law school, and for 16 years, Mr. Gonzales served as legal assistant/paralegal at a law firm in Chicago which specialized in customs, international trade, and immigration law.  At that firm, Mr. Gonzales worked on temporary visa applications, labor certifications, family- and employment-based green cards; consular processing, citizenship, deportation, DACA, asylum, and customs forfeiture cases.      

Originally from the Philippines, Mr. Gonzales went through and completed the U.S. immigration process.  Mr. Gonzales gives the Lord Jesus Christ the glory for all his accomplishments and for this law practice! Soli Deo Gloria!
